All Australian family Pam and Martin Brook, established Brookfarm with over 4500 nut trees in Byron Bay, a working macadamia farm dedicated to their passion for quality and healthy food. Macadamia nuts are cholesterol and a source of calcium, protein and potassium.
Brookfarm produces everything from nuts and bars to muesli, granola and oils.
